Due to Covid, every yogi is now required to furbish their own mat. Blankets and blocks are highly recommended.

Through Scheduling you can pay with a credit/debit card. If this is not convenient, Venmo or PayPal is accepted. Please contact me directly by email to schedule your session.

To cancel and have your fee refunded, notice must be provided at least 48 hours in advance of our scheduled session.

A $50 fee will be retained for cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance and/or the day of of the scheduled session.

Each participant is required to sign a Registration and Waiver form prior to our first practice.
